16/3/2022 11:28 | Good morning Decent share price gain for BELL so far today though maybe simply because BELL share price recent fall was overdone. | maytrees
15/3/2022 11:21 | Greetings Buywell4 Charts probably less important than Russian War developments. BELL's O2 etc are reported thus: "We are delighted with the progress we made in 2021, having successfully launched our first X-PLOR product into the growing supplemental oxygen market. Alongside this, we have continued to develop our follow-on products which will be launched in 2022. The Company has a strong balance sheet and is well positioned to deliver substantial growth in 2022. We look forward to the future with confidence." Charts not for me on this one but of course DYOR | maytrees
15/3/2022 11:08 | Chart is now going only one way, and unfortunately it’s not up. Broken though a key support, next stop 60p. Would like to more positive but charts don’t lie. | buywell4

06/3/2022 20:57 | ---- The future of Digital Health in the UK is by the adoption of 'Virtual Wards' ----- Definition of technology-enabled virtual wards Virtual wards should be technology-enabled to maximise the opportunity they offer for both patients, carers and staff. Technology-enablemen Clinical teams see individual patient measurements for the cohort of patients they are responsible for via a dashboard. The platforms or technology software ensures they are alerted when any patient moves outside agreed parameters, allowing them to take appropriate action. Patients should be considered for a technology-enabled service where one exists, however it is important that alternatives are available to avoid digital exclusion and take account of personal choice. It is also important consideration is given to other opportunities technology may offer such as the use of point of care testing or remote diagnostics to support virtual wards. Devices like oxygen concentrators are regularly used by people in such 'virtual ward' settings ie at their home or in a care home , as part of their oxygen therapy --- Such devices that can operate with an APP which monitors their vital signs 24/7 even whilst they are asleep --- and updates the NHS local 'dashboard' on a real time basis so as to immeadiatly flag up a change in vital signs which would be indicative of interventaion/change Any such INTELLIGENT type of oxygen concentrator that utilizes an APP that can do this automatically without the patient having to keep taking manual readings and inputting them themselves for a local NHS clinical team to then inspect --- would imo by welcomed by the NHS as it would integrate very well in the virtual ward adoption roll out now underway. One would imagine that the USA might also be looking at how this NHS virtual ward initiative progresses with a view to doing the same thing Monitoring Level of monitoring required, for example continuous monitoring via wearables or spot checks where patients use connected devices to record vital signs at agreed time or enter data from disconnected devices, or a combination of both Accessibility Software should meet the accessibility and usability standards set out in DTACs. It is important to consider the range of communication options to include web, apps, video consultation, voice calls and texts to ensure it is appropriate for the broadest range of patients. | buywell3
22/2/2022 10:22 | Prospective profit seems to be what markets look for these days. On that I am optimistic but dyor. | maytrees
22/2/2022 10:08 | £90m enterprise value for a company that has approx annualised sales of £1m and makes a substantial loss? Going to have to get a lot of things right. | dr biotech
22/2/2022 09:54 | Hi maytrees.....indeed results weren't really expected to show much and like you say, share price reaction more likely result of wider market malaise. Getting back to a point where I might look to buy back in....though I'm not inclined to rush given current uncertainties. | tanners
22/2/2022 08:40 | Good morning Results out and share price substantially down though probably more to do with the Russian manoeuvres than with anything else. I added a few at sub 94p but dyor. | maytrees

21/2/2022 09:42 | Good morning Small price drop just before prelims is odd though the BELL did say "mid February" for the results which has just passed. My guess is that with the USA on holiday today, the results will be tomorrow or Wednesday this week. | maytrees
19/2/2022 23:23 | ==== Could the Belluscura current portable device be used as a CPAP ? ==== There would seem to be a requirement for various levels of supplementary oxygen levels regarding the treatment of Sleep Apnea and OSA Whilst the current Zeolite modules strip out the nitrogen in order to produce 95% oxygen --- those modules could be made to strip out circa 50% of the nitrogen or only 5% of the nitrogen for example in order to provide CPAP therapy for Sleep Apnea sufferers IF They could provide continuous flow ( which the new ones due to be released soon will ) AND If they can provide the presures needed to treat Sleep Apnea sufferers so as to keep their airways open when asleep as nighttime This should be easy to do imo Thus the present IP should be ok to use and minor design changes would imo only be needed eg zeolite and pressure change ( possible two settings ) A whole new MASSIVE market then opens up to what is in effect the same IP protected device With a device that can offer additional ' partial oxygen therapy ' if and when required by means of a zeolite module change . Don't think ANYONE offers this --- please tell me if you find one | buywell2
17/2/2022 03:56 | Governments need to wake up to TWO of the main causes of spiraling health costs Namely Obesity and OSA ---- BOTH are interrelated Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Obesity: Implications for Public Health Conclusion This review highlights the impact of obesity on OSA is evident. Indeed, in several populations across different cultures, the positive relationship between obesity and OSA was pronounced. This represents an important public health crisis that demands multi-layered interventions. To cope with this increasing and seriously preventable health issue, we emphasize the need to minimize the consumption of junk and fast food, increase the consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables. Other important habits are drinking water instead of juice, soda or alcohol; as well as smoking cessation. In addition to making dietary changes engaging in physical exercise is necessary. If medical and/or lifestyle medication therapies fail, then surgical interventions are another option to treat obesity and its associated comorbidities. Surgical procedures which can drastically reduce obesity and its related comorbidities ultimately improving mortality rates. To improve public health, obesity and its associated comorbidities should be seriously considered. Solving this issue is not only the responsibility of an individual and a healthcare worker, but it should be properly addressed by government officials to improve the health of individuals and make an overall healthier society. here here buywell AD 2022 Meantime the vicious circle continues | buywell3
17/2/2022 03:45 | Due to the lack of Government actions and initiatives in many countries because of lobbying by the incumbent food industries Never has the need for oxygen therapy or CPAP therapy been as great as it now is The world population is by and large very very unhealthy and the prognosis is that things are getting worse due to the Covid-19 pandemic and obesity rates | buywell3
16/2/2022 10:25 | Good morning Added a few more today. Prelims expected imminently and are expected to be good imho. | maytrees
15/2/2022 21:54 | In the USA it looks like CPAP therapy is payed for by Medicare Could the modification of the present design to access this huge market be as simple as NOT including the modules that strip out the nitrogen and other gases ? And providing the air pressure/s best suited to CPAP therapy for OSA ? Does not this FDA directive cover such mods ? and could therefore be fast tracked Having a light portable CPAP for daytime use might be a need for some worst case OSA sufferers --- the Belluscura unit fits the bill imo Seems to be a very common problem with over 60's Americans Obstructive Sleep Apnea leads to many other chronic health conditions 44% of all Americans are now obese and rates are getting worse OSA is directly attributable to obesity --- CPAP therapy is recognized as a treatment for OSA sufferers -------------------- Conclusion: The use of CPAP machines is set to rise at circa 8% in America from now through till 2027 With obesity rates rising this could go higher If the Belluscura designs can easily be modified to become CPAP devices then a win/win seems a logical outcome Medicare funding underscores this OSA is a ticking timebomb in the USA with around 80% of all over 60's not yet aware that they have or are developing OSA | buywell3
14/2/2022 21:54 | Quite a big market opportunity then Globally, more than 1 billion people suffer from sleep apnea which makes the disease a global challenge. Although sleep apnea is treatable, 80% of those suffering remain undiagnosed, while waiting lists can exceed eight months and the diagnosis is a lengthy and uncomfortable process. Whilst an oxygen concentrator is NOT a CPAP --- the designers could imo consider making the changes necessary in order to make it one thus addressing an additional and very lucrative growing market | buywell3
11/2/2022 15:57 | Added a few "The Group expects to release its preliminary results for the year to 31 December 2021 in mid-February." | maytrees

01/2/2022 21:02 | buywell expects Belluscura to appoint new Distributors in several other countries in 2022 as they are currently in talks with interested parties now. The new CX and DX continuous flow oxygen concentrators will also start to be sold soon Other oxygen related developments including AI and hospital patient care are being discussed --- this will mean new areas of growth opening up imo Belluscura has several patents pending in the above area One of which has just received a 'Notice of Allowance' and is CPAP related so expect an RNS within the next week or so imo dyor | buywell2
29/1/2022 16:21 | Exciting year ahead for bellhttps://twitter. | segaris
28/1/2022 13:11 | Not sure how the previous email concerns BELL. Has the company expanded from oxygenators? | maytrees
28/1/2022 06:36 | ---------------- BA.2 a new omicron variant -------------------- Previously referred to as the omicron 'stealth' variant ; this new variant is now spreading and is in 40 countries Preliminary studies in Denmark where BA.2 is fast trying to become the dominant strain indicate it is around 50% more transmissible than the original omicron strain BA.1 It is also spreading in the UK and the USA and India The issue is can people that have had omicron from BA.1 now catch BA.2 ? Scientists are currently looking into this --- the outcome is very very important imo BA.3 arrived in the USA just before Xmas The implications being that whilst each omicron variant seems mild by comparison with Delta in terms of severity ---- if one can catch various new sub strains of it like BA.2 or BA.3 after acquiring BA.1 ---- then long COVID could still become a problem dyor | buywell3 |
