Beazley plc (the 'Company') announces that the Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust has purchased 3,182,295 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 9 February 2018 at an average price of 549.642p.

The Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust now owns 7,466,007 ordinary shares of 5p each (1.42% of the issued share capital).
