Beazley plc (the 'Company') announces that the Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust has purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 8 February 2018 at an average price of 559.345p.

The Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust now owns 4,283,712 ordinary shares of 5p each (0.81% of the issued share capital).
