Results of Annual General Meeting
The Company hereby announces that, at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all the resolutions as set out in full in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting (the "Notice"), which was published on the Company's website on 26 April 2018, were adopted unanimously.
Following the earlier announcements, Daniel Aalsvel retired from his position as Board member and chairman of the audit committee. The Company would like to thank Daniel Aalsvel for his significant contribution to BCRE and expresses its gratitude for the opportunity to work with him during the past years.
