Notification of transaction by person discharging managerial responsibilities

The Company has been notified today that Avril Palmer-Baunack has sold to institutional funds in aggregate 5,025,000 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.01 each in the capital of the Company at an average price of 212.51 pence per share.

Mrs Palmer-Baunack has confirmed that she has no current intention to sell any further Ordinary Shares and is fully committed to her future leadership and the future of BCA Marketplace.

Following this sale, Avril Palmer-Baunack and persons closely associated with her hold 8,845,135 (1) shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.11 % of the total issued shares in the Company (excluding shares held in treasury).
