Notice of dividend currency exchange rate - 2017 final dividend

On 1 March 2018, BBA Aviation plc announced a final dividend of 9.59 cents per share for the year ended 31 December 2017.

Eligible shareholders will continue to receive their dividends in sterling, unless an election is completed and registered with the Company's registrars. The deadline for the currency election in respect of the forthcoming dividend payment was 30 April 2018.

This announcement confirms that the currency exchange rate applicable for the 2017 final dividend for shareholders who have not made a currency election before the applicable deadline and who therefore continue to receive their dividend in sterling is:
