24/12/2012 13:33 | "We" as in Trinity have had the new license approved by the T&T Government, looks quite a big area too, 60p on re-list? Lol. See this link:- All the best for Christmas and the New Year to all of you. | mojomonkey
19/12/2012 10:22 | More than you'd think given that Shell and Exxon are buying into licence around there. | triples
19/12/2012 10:19 | Des anyone have any idea of the value of the Pletmos Inshore property n South Africe? | charlotte33
11/12/2012 22:15 | I suspect we wont get a look in Mojomonkey. It's likely to be a placing with institutions, but you never know. | ultrapunch
11/12/2012 16:48 | March is OK with me, April or May too, the longer its suspended IMO the more the Bopd will increase with the work-overs etc. That could add a few pence to your estimate of the new joint company's share price Ultrapunch. I thought your calculation of 30p+ was about as accurate as we can guess with what we know. If we assume Trinity is also trying to increase their Bopd, we might even see close to 40p on re-list but I suppose that is dependent on the size and price of the new share issue. Talking about the new shares, will we, as existing shareholders, be offered the new shares before the market and if so, is it normal for them to be discounted or is there no standard way these things work? GLA | mojomonkey
11/12/2012 12:25 | Trinity/BEH probably wont re-list before March 2013!! A pain, but nothing we can do about it!! BEH were obviously close to running out of cash. No wonder the institutions wouldn't back a placing in the summer. O'Sullivan and Pannikov couldn't replicate their Burren success. | ultrapunch
11/12/2012 11:42 | petrotrin had just agreed a better sales price for each barrel, so this boost in production will come with a better netback | triples
11/12/2012 09:51 | We must have been very close to running out of money if we need 10 million for general operating expenses. Apart from that a good RNS. | mojomonkey
11/12/2012 08:06 | Wow this is fantastic. Can't wait for the new merger to trade!!!! | makday
11/12/2012 08:03 | RNS; reads well. | mdw1

26/11/2012 13:04 | BEH shares in issue, 216m. BEH holders will have 45% of the enlarged company. Trinity holders 55%. That means 480m shares in issue for the enlarged company when it re-lists, before any extra shares issued via the promised placing pre the re-listing. Whenever that is!! 480m shares @ the suspension price of 20.75p gives a Mkt Cap of around £100m. It's probably worth at least 50% more than that, pre the placing, when comparing it to other Trinidad oil plays such as RRL and LGO. A 30-35p share price on re-listing give a £145m - £170m Mkt Cap pre any placing. That sounds about right and would tie in with the spike up at the end of September when some people obviously must have got wind of what was happening. | ultrapunch
26/11/2012 11:12 | An admission document and shareholder approval at an EGM is required. I'd be very surprised if they were readmitted prior to that happening and both Bayfield and Trinity were a bit shy when I tried to get any indication as to timing. Unless they pull their fingers out, it will be January for the readmission. I'm quietly hopeful that the share price will be more positive than it was. | jemjem
25/11/2012 22:18 | Posted by Hoodwinker on the lse BEH bb. Hoodwinker Posts: 153 Observation Opinion: No Opinion Price: 20.75 beh in shares magazine this weekToday 19:26"the combined entity, which will have net production of around 3800 boepd, is expected to be readmitted to aim as Trinity exploration at some point next month. The man behind trinity will be familiar to investors in the UK oil and gas sector. Bruce dingwall founded north sea focused Venture Production in1997. The company was floated at 170p in 2002 and acquired by Centrica in aug 2009 for 845p. With Bayfields chairman Finian Osullivan , who founded fellow sector success story Burren Energy, set to remain on the board of non-exec director Trinity will have considerable pedigree behind it and will offer an interesting prospect to investors when the shares resume trading in December". Sounds good enough for me, GL | ultrapunch

12/11/2012 16:03 | Very true Triples and the new company/ directors may just be the thing to give us a bit of momentum again, the funding issue of BEH stalled our progress. Onwards and Upwards............. GLA | mojomonkey
12/11/2012 09:46 | I am sort of hopeful about this. I think there will be some decent production figures by then, both from Bayfield and Trinity. * Bayfield operations will be continuing and the year end exit rate looked promising. * The joint bid by Trinity & Cairn may be known by then. * Trinity must surely have some reserves of some kind to add to Bayfield's. | triples
12/11/2012 09:17 | one wouldn't mind to be patient for 3 months or so knowing that at the end of it some sort of reward will come. but we don't know. | stef77

11/11/2012 13:34 | I must admit, luminoso, I was taken by surprise by the RTO. I also expected a takeover of BEH by a listed company or a sale of some assets. | ultrapunch |
