Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Oberon, the boutique wealth management and corporate broking group, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2021 together with a notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") were posted to shareholders today. The AGM is to be held at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5DG at 11.00 a.m. on 22 September 2021.

Given rising coronavirus numbers, shareholders are strongly encouraged to appoint the Chair of the meeting as their proxy and to give instructions on how the Chair should vote on each of the resolutions rather than attending in person. Appointing the Chair of the meeting as proxy will not prevent shareholders from attending in person and voting at the Annual General Meeting provided that physical attendance is permitted under applicable public health restrictions and guidance at the date of the meeting.

Shareholders that still decide that they wish to attend in person should email [e-mail] by 11.00 a.m. on 20 September 2021 to give the Company time to ensure social distancing measures are in place.
