Notice of Ceasing to be a Significant Shareholder
Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) ("Base Resources") advises that it has
today received the following notification.
Taurus Funds Management Pty Limited has notified the company that it and its
associates (together, Taurus Funds Management) has ceased to be a significant
shareholder of Base Resources following the sale of 72,693,547 Base Resources
ordinary shares on 11 October 2017 at A$0.29 per share. Following this sale,
Taurus Funds Management has no interest in Base Resources ordinary shares.
