Pursuant to the general authority given to the Company by shareholders, the Company announces that it purchased ordinary shares of 4 1/6p pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company as follows:

Date of purchase: 6(th) December 2019

Number of ordinary shares purchased: 25,000

The average price paid per Ordinary Share was 547.5 pence per share.

The highest price paid and the lowest price paid was 547.5 pence per share.

This represents 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).

The Ordinary Shares purchased will be cancelled. Following the cancellation, the Company's issued share capital consists of 112,277,143 Ordinary Shares. Each Ordinary Share has one voting right.
