The Board of Baronsmead Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that the unaudited net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 December 2022 was 62.14p per share.

A final dividend of 2.75p per share in relation to the year ended 30 September 2022 has been declared and is payable on 3 March 2023 to members on the register as at 3 February 2023.

The final dividend of 2.75p per share has not been deducted from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 December 2022 as the ex-dividend date is 2 February 2023.
