Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 5 April 2023 it made a market purchase of 1,216,163 of its own Ordinary shares of 10p each, at a price of 56.98 pence per share and the Company intends to hold these shares in treasury.

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
