L2 3m vs 1.7m - but hard to tell direction - chart looks like it is heading down at the moment. Closed my long just now at 214 - should have done it at 215.

The idea is that combined knowledge means we all benefit.
We aren't vying for the same busines......nothing stops us all from gaining and NOT at the others expense.

House sales soar 40%

LONDON (ShareCast) - There was more good news for the beleaguered housing market today as government figures showed the number of homes sold jumped 40% last month.

HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) said 60,000 properties worth at least £40,000 were sold in March, up from 43,000 the month before.
