Dodd5y - You may find this link useful, but I can't tell you how to avoid paying Tax. What happens if you don't declare it? Well, that depends on whether you are caught.

This is a massive short squeeze rally, Barc up 255% in a month, before I went to Dubai a month ago Barc were 57p. They are still selling the family silver to help with Tier 1, where this price is going no one knows, investors lost sense of reality, greed as taken over, BUY FEAR, SELL GREED.

13.35 in the states equates to about 2.24 !

bailed out and sold half at 2.1575 as i thought they were very overbought short term!

Lloyds look good I reckon 175p.

Barc looks like opening tomorrow at 222p. For all you lucky bulls who have been very very lucky with this overbought share. Here is some advise.

I need a little advice please, I am currently about 20k in profit from these, they are held in a joint account with my mrs, I aint got any capital gains allowance myself as I take my corus loan notes each year how can I take my profit out of barclays avoiding cap gains tax, how do I work it all out as I am lost. What happens if I dont declare the tax?
