Well after two days of listening to the commons it's quite clear The Labour Party and other mps want the Eu to govern the U.K. and those mps can just relax and take their salaries and take no action or response ability on any issue let the Eu take the lead and we will seat back and enjoy the freedom and not be responsible when it hurts the people of the U.K. Those mps just want a easy ride for their money That about sums up those mps they should resign

BARCLAYS SMART Investors UNABLE TO PASS DIVIDENDS

PTEC dividend payment due 24th October.

The dividend is being received by foreign cheque that is why its has been delayed.

The reason other providers are able to pay same day is they have a bulk account of their own money that they use to pay the dividends and then
the actual dividend money is put back into this bulk account. We do not pay dividends in this way at Smart Investor which means we actually need
to wait until we receive the bulk payments from registrars before we can pay it out. As Playtech is a foreign stock the payment is being made by
cheque which is currently being processed to clear and then once it is cleared we can start paying the dividends out.

Buy to Let has fuelled house price inflation at the bottom end of the market, making it much harder for FTBs and the less well off to ever get on the ladder. Put simply it has allowed the financially savvy who already have wealth to increase their wealth at the expense of the very people that society should be helping to get on. Instead, vast swathes of the population have got left so far behind that their dreams of property ownership are no more realisable than dreams of flying to Mars..When these BTL retire the government will have to pay the rent tab for £ billions a year
