Directorate Change

The Board of Directors of Bank of Georgia Group PLC (the "Company") announces that non-executive director Andreas Wolf has informed the Company of his intention to step down from the Board of Directors, and from the Nomination and Audit Committees, with effect from 31 January 2020. Andreas has indicated that his resignation is due to other business commitments. The Board would like to thank him for his valuable contribution to date, particularly in respect of digital transformation, Project Lean and of the future strategy of the Bank.

This announcement has been made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.11.
