Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 20 November 2020 in respect of an issue of USD 150,000,000 Zero Coupon Callable Notes due November 2060 (the "Notes").

The Notes are issued under the U.S.$20,000,000,000 Note Issuance Programme established by Bank of Montreal.

The Final Terms in respect of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 16 July 2020 and the supplement thereto dated August 26, 2020 including all documents incorporated by reference (together, the "Prospectus") which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Article 8 of the Prospectus Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/1129). Full information on Bank of Montreal, and the offer of the Notes, is only available on the basis of the combination of the Prospectus and the Final Terms with respect to the Notes.
