PDMR Shareholding

Bango PLC (AIM: BGO), the mobile commerce company, has today been informed that on 1 June 2018, Mark Rosten, SVP Product Development at Bango, exercised 10,000 of his employee share options and sold them for GBP1.70 per share. Share options are granted to all Bango employees as part of their benefits package. Employees may exercise a proportion of their options during employment. A PMDR announcement is made whenever a non-director senior manager at Bango exercises options.
