By the time of “the strategy update” the market for Bango had already gone bang. The investors who backed the company going into last years growth period and who paid the salaries got burned really bad. Anderson and Malhotranot did well and I guess that is what counts.

Extraordinary tantrums and hissy fits on here.
Can only guess from short term punters playing with borrowed money.
The more cash the co has is better for all investors.

Buy tantrums and sell the euphoria.

Co is in an interesting space at an interesting time.

For those still around below is a link to an article on the purchase of Audiens by Bango with an Italian twist and with a little more detail of what to expect over the coming years.

To me the fact that Bango have so much data and now have a platform to top and tail it to enable App stores, merchants and MNO's to focus their massive marketing budgets rather than a scatter gun approach is like finding the holy grail of data.

PS you may need to google the link and translate

See they've taken the price down today so they can accommodate some block purchases - if only it were a level playing field!!

I sold today as a result of the actions of Ray Anderson and Anil Malhotranot, 180p was a very nice bargain for them. Whether I was right to or not we will see but all the best to those who are staying the course.

Has anyone written to the CFO to ask why they have done this? with apparently ~5 million in the bank why they feel the need to raise another 5 million? Perhaps get an answer out of them?

Graeme Davies of Investors Chronicle repeating his "BUY" stance a couple of hours ago.
It is a good buy if you wish to be in on the dip.

So, Directors agree a Placing at 180p which is an 18% discount on last nights close. share price drops to 195p & they allow themselves to Buy more shares at 180p, gaining 8%. No such option to PI's.

Does he really expect anybody to invest in any company that has his name on. This smells really bad.

SHAMELESS SCUMBAGS

Chimers, not sure who you are replying to, but if it is my comment you have misconstrued, of course the dilution will impact on the share price - it already has. but my view is that the actual timing of the listing of those new shares is irrelevant. The dilution is now in the price.

I was really replying to Paleje 's point and also to what simonsaid1 said above: "I'm a little cautious to try to trade this dip as the new shares have yet to be issued (hence their dilutive effect is yet to be realised)."

The dilutive effect is already in the price
