14/10/2017 21:49 | Chimers, Somewhat surprised that you seem to think a share split is the same as a rights issue. A share split does not raise funds. It simply issues more shares, so a 2 for 1 effectively issues shareholders with one extra share for each share held. | egrid1
14/10/2017 21:13 | chart support prob just under 200p Maybe 180 | middlesboroughfc
14/10/2017 20:44 | There will be no share split. | chimers
13/10/2017 21:26 | Mob - not sure about a split, I suppose as the market cap rises it may make sense, but the main issue is most of the company's shares are not traded. The directors and II's know what a gem this is and they hold the majority of the stock. A split wouldn't change that. As I often remind people, the advantage of this situation is that when good news arrives, the scramble for the few shares available sends the price skyrocketing. So if you're holding, it's an absolute rocket every results release (see the historic charts!). | simonsaid1
13/10/2017 18:39 | Thnx Simonsaid. Appreciate the reply | scooper72
13/10/2017 17:32 | Topped up before the bell, no brainier really. I should think in time Bango will undertake a share split, could do with it now I reckon, what do others think? | mobtheplod
13/10/2017 15:49 | Scooper look back at my posts here from this week - TONS of good news coming here, it's really just a question of when they will RNS things. The big prize comes early next year with the H2 results, which will the first full period with Amazon Japan physical good sales, the move into operating profit, and all the other new clients who they haven't been able to name yet. But more imminently there could be an RNS at any time, since Bango are in an intense period of dealmaking. They don't RNS every new client as there are simply too many now, but major ones do get RNS'd separately and the size of businesses coming aboard is rising. If you need to get out, at least wait for the inevitable spike up (see the charts to see why I'm so confident in this, it's an old pattern here). But really I wouldn't risk it with Bango since when there is good news, it rockets astonishingly fast. Low liquidity trading is a different game to regular stocks and requires a slightly less zoomed-in chart view! Also, with so few Bango shares on the open market, buying shares here in substantial numbers can be very difficult, especially if you wait till news strikes. Many of us here have been locked out before. | simonsaid1
13/10/2017 15:43 | Reassuring words. I'm down 7% having only gone in last month or so. Any news on that expected move into turning a profit? Any long timers in Bango know when we might expect any other updates? And any thoughts on where the support is? Wondering whether to cut my loss and come back again when the price has stopped dropping off. | scooper72
13/10/2017 15:37 | all looks good in the context of the graph | nimbo1
13/10/2017 15:01 | Thanks Simon, agreed. Works well on MWE, MTI Wireless Edge as well | muffster
13/10/2017 14:23 | Not a good week but the 'dip' is on laughably low volumes, this is the nature of an illiquid share. Anyone with a bit of trading experience can see what's going on here. As always, when you have a solid company with illiquid shares, buy the dips and wait for the tide to turn. When it does, it REALLY does. Check the 1 year chart and you'll see a very obvious pattern. This is a money-printer. | simonsaid1
12/10/2017 15:35 | Owning shares in BANGO lowers your cholesterol and makes you more attractive to women!! Its in one of the RNS thingymabobs. | chimers
12/10/2017 15:31 | Lol I know .....sometimes thats all thats required lol. | chimers
12/10/2017 15:28 | Chimers I agree with all of your posts, but still laughed when your last one was just saying the company's name in block caps, lmao. | simonsaid1
12/10/2017 15:17 | Share holdings of 3% or over account for all but 16 million shares in Bango. Of the 16m shares there will be some holdings of just under 3% and over 2% and over 1% Thus its reasonable to assume there is less than say 8m bango shares in free float. Im guessing its much less than that. If this company is not bought out (it will be) then it will be paying dividends of more than the current share price in due course. | chimers
12/10/2017 15:13 | Its Turtles all the way down................ | chimers
12/10/2017 15:09 | Ok simon, but as we know its only a matter of time until they scale it up. IF...........they are not taken out long before then. | chimers
12/10/2017 15:03 | Chimers, it's definitely tested for $5bn USD, not 5 billion transactions, it's in the RNS's. Not that it matters since we agree on the general point! Great share. | simonsaid1
12/10/2017 14:55 | However being sensible if 5 billion transactions are Amazon or 'live goods' then its fair to say the average transaction would be more than £20 and less than £100. At £20 quid the "low end" thats 100 billion . Innit. See................. | chimers
12/10/2017 14:51 | Their system is tested for the number of transactions and not the transaction value. In theory 5 billion transactions could be worth 10 Trillion pounds sterling. | chimers
12/10/2017 14:49 | Well 1 billion mobile app transactions like for example Candy Crush (whatever that is) Will be worth a lot less per transaction than 1 billion Amazon transactions. 1 billion Amazon transactions could be worth £5 billion pounds. So 1.8% would = £90m THIS................ Ignore it at your cost. | chimers |
