It's more than him being in hospital, he is more likely to loose the election after this latest fiasco. Bad for the markets but good for the world in my view. I agree the markets will go up if he gets out of hospital even though he is not out of the woods.

Not a good week. I suspect that smaller tech is bracing itself for an October crash. It looks that way to me. Nasdaq on very high valuation, nobody expecting it. The Trump situation might just set it off.

Imagine NHN invested in Bango at 90 or 90 plus pence in April...in just a few months, they are now investing at 170 pence...so looks like they really see a lot of progress in the data business and the whole ecosystem...

Might as well sell off now and buy back when Bango are ready to announce their accounts for the year. The value of the stock will only continue to drift and fall in the meantime.

I hope there isn't a takeover. It's a problem with the stock market not understanding technology and the opportunity. If this was a Nasdaq listing it would be given a much higher value. We don't want to loose another British company.
The opportunity here is enormous.

Agreed. Odey has realised, hence his declaration today too.

From the 3 April 2020 RNS

"In addition to the investment into Bango Deep, NHN has agreed to subscribe for 3,515,500 new ordinary shares in Bango (equating to 4.7% of Bango's ordinary share capital, post investment) for £3.2M. Bango and NHN have developed a strong, strategic business relationship and - as well as the enhanced partnership through Audiens - the NHN investment into Bango will further deepen this relationship and provide wider collaboration opportunities between the companies.



The new ordinary shares in Bango, when issued, will be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, and are being issued by Bango pursuant to existing authorities granted to the Directors at the 2019 AGM. The allotment and issue of shares is conditional upon the new shares being admitted to trading on AIM. Application has been made for the new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), and it is expected that Admission will become effective, and trading will commence on 16 April 2020.



Following the issue of the new shares, Bango will have 74,208,367 ordinary shares in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Group under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules."

I have thought for some time Bango will get taken out
Not necessarily by NHN as when Silicon Valley look at the numbers and growth it will appear cheap as chips
Simon Thompson had a 200 p price target but I would have thought that was very much on the low side

That's what the large trades were on Friday. Originally they had 4.7% so looks like they are quietly building a stake while the stock market sleeps not realising that Bango is worth much more than its current market cap.
