16/1/2018 17:52 | tp 3631 You said bitcoin would go down from what - $50 ( just a guess ) and it didn't. You didn't change your mind did you? Would that be arrogant as well. and this: "(21m X forks ad infinitum)" that is just plain wrong, even with 500,000 forks there is no dilution as the owners still have all the new coins. And oh dear, the only gold holders standing at a loss are those that bought in 2011 -> 2013/6, the rest are all at a profit I can understand after so many wrong predictions you are a bit upset. In your position I would be as well. | alexx
16/1/2018 16:28 | All fiat ever does is become worth less and less. Bitcoin has gone from 10c in 2009 to $20k, Gold has gone from $35 in the 70s to $1,800. Only those un questioning followers, those who live hand to mouth believe Gold and crypto are lesser than their rulers fiat. Good luck saving bits of paper LOL | spadman
16/1/2018 16:19 | random - IG has an XRP/USD market. There is also a small carry if held overnight. The time to buy the bottom in Bitcoin will be when Gordon Brown sell his stash. | hpcg
16/1/2018 14:40 | you have to admire the belligerent arrogance of the gold bug - they decide golds going up, they buy it, it goes down, they dont say fair enough and move on they decide they were still right but there was obviously someone else cheating them behind the curtain lol ditto for anyone bemoaning manipulation tbh ;) | tpaulbeaumont

16/1/2018 13:47 | xrp has been particularly interesting with plumbers and white van drivers united briefly Miss Dimon-level geniuses meanwhile at the top of the nose looking south is btc and with double bottoms being rare theres useless model levels of possible support at 10550, 8750, 6000 and 3500 | tpaulbeaumont
16/1/2018 13:28 | anyone know a good way to get short of XRP against USD? (maybe btc options are the best way to trade this?) | random
16/1/2018 12:31 | fomo applies to puts atm ... vol way to high to simply buy em now ... the opening of the bubble popping options/futures market was a bit of a tell | random
16/1/2018 10:53 | XRP is going to zero as even crypto maniacs know it is an infinitely available non-mined string of bytes. This will take most of the recent participants in the market to the cleaners. These are the ones who have never traded anything before in their lives, but have maxed out their credit cards anyway. This will knock on to the other worthless strings of bytes as the mania will have burst and there will be no fresh meat to pass the bag to. This will mean something of a scramble amongst believers to cash in. I expect BTC to bounce hard at the 50% fib, but that bounce will fail at the 13000-14000 type area. The denouement for BTC is when it crosses the threshold where mining is a money loser, but I have absolutely no idea where that level is to be honest. | hpcg

16/1/2018 02:28 | id say the models ETHUSD levels carry even less clout than BTCUSD ones due to its market being even punier and needing a wider margin for error but for max lols its been messing around with 1390 for a few days and after theres 1450, 1500, 1875, 2000 and 2150 fur naa :) | tpaulbeaumont

12/1/2018 21:30 | XRP... maybe should be called CRP? If JPM, GS, Intel and the other behemoths are involved, it's merely a stepping stone to RFID chips inserted into people and all currency on the FED network, with the FED controlling it... Wake up and smell the BS... According to some reports I've seen, Hashgraph might be the way forward? All viewpoints welcomed, just remember, I'm not a snowflake, and likely to respond in kind... ;¬)) W. | wstirrup |
