12/4/2017 02:58 | who bought this run up? anyone? that might explain the lack of interest. i'm into alt right now... with mixed results. | mcbeanburger
11/4/2017 20:26 | No posts in two weeks? clearly no where near being a bubble. | spadman
28/3/2017 18:19 | Its simple, if BTU wins the day buy and hold at whatever price, if core maintain control I dont see any upside. Not until Adam back, Gregory Maxwell and Peter Todd are kicked to the curb. | spadman
28/3/2017 00:26 | should have held my long. anywho - could they be taking this back to the upper trendline? after taking it down the lower trendline. we'll see. | mcbeanburger
27/3/2017 14:04 | Assuming the bull is still in place there could be a good buying op fairly soon. OTOH, a lower high could mark the beginning of a trend change. good call re: short McB. | random
25/3/2017 12:24 | closed short and went long last night but closed this morning. where's this going - has to be the .618 fib of the complete move... so that's about 804 in $ or about 570 in euro. we'll see. | mcbeanburger
23/3/2017 15:58 | looked at it but not thinking of buying. i'm looking for value. people are buying dash and friends so they can stay in crypto and not liquide into paper money and get a tax bill (maybe). currently short btc and underwater but will hold cause I think the btc community is in mess. random - eth is the managed (by their creators) and etc is the old unforked version (of eth - supposedly unmanaged) | mcbeanburger
22/3/2017 16:54 | What's the logic ETC v ETH Spad? tia | random
22/3/2017 12:41 | Mcbean Have you looked at etherium classic ETC? The feeling is it will replace ETH, governance is a worry with bitcoin which is why I believe DASH and ETC are both doing well. | spadman
21/3/2017 20:28 | still long from near the recent lows. this might go back to recent highs (not top) but i'll be out before then hopefully. | mcbeanburger
21/3/2017 15:23 | yep, like when btc was $2.50, down from $30 ... and I thought this will go up now. did I buy? nope. | random
21/3/2017 09:43 | I was looking at xmr (when it was running up) and then dash and wondered why dash wasn't running up with it. not for the third time did I think I should have buy some. somethings are so obvious. | mcbeanburger
21/3/2017 09:40 | they would have shorted it massively and then bought at around -500 bucks. so yes probably better. | mcbeanburger
21/3/2017 09:13 | Interesting stuff alexx. The debate does seem to be focused on BTC v XMR. On paper XMR has many desirable properties not yet implemented in BTC. The 1MB block size issue seems to be a critical issue. If the artificial limit is not raised very soon the TX backlog will intensify, and XMR will take the load. Not that XMR is perfect. TX fees are rather high, and the blockchain suffers from more bloat than BTC. | random
20/3/2017 23:26 | I wonder whether the etf rejection was really bad for the long term bitcoin. The less big business has to do with bitcoin the better. Greg Maxwell Long again at 1043, tiny loss so far. Meant to be long term. | alexx
18/3/2017 21:01 | Well out of the daily Bolly bands, looks cheap ... still falling ... makes gold and silver look good... i.e. Gold and silver you can hold. | kcowe
18/3/2017 20:28 | Btc Fork :Two camps ... confusion , where is the bottom here. or is Ethereum the new poster boy? | kcowe
18/3/2017 15:48 | pulled my bid and put it lower at .786... who knows maybe this is going to double bottom off the jan lows. | mcbeanburger
18/3/2017 15:30 | sorry - dollar not euro but that's now unwinding. | mcbeanburger
18/3/2017 15:29 | .618 spad I see range bound (I see euro not making new lows) for the moment. that's means it going to be a very interesting time for alts. summer for alts I reckon. still got some dash? so off I go looking for alts - most of which I see has moved already. so laggers and retracements rule. | mcbeanburger
17/3/2017 11:53 | Really stupid this time, closed my bet for $1099, still made a profit but a really stupid move. | alexx |
