17/2/2017 00:06 | given that the Japanese exchanges are red hot suggest the big players knew what was coming and got out well before the chop. | mcbeanburger
16/2/2017 22:40 | McBean RE Chinese Exchanges... as far as I know you can withdraw yuan but not BTC, I believe the pair can still be traded. Even I'm surprised we haven't seen any significant sell off. I think we may have got to 10k by now alexx if it hadn't been for the core devs sticking with ridiculous 1mb blocks. | spadman
16/2/2017 16:58 | Must admit it's rather simplistic but I have tended to buy when the chart has shown little movement for a while but then starts up a slow incline. ---------- Calculation. Just to get some sort of ball park of what a reasonable rise on fundamentals would look like. Suppose we get to $20,000 in 3 years time. This seems conservative to me. That's equivalent to a 0.27% average rise every day over the 3 years, equivalent to $2.77 a day at the moment. | alexx
16/2/2017 16:44 | Clif High - concerning google attacking gold / silver / bitcoin websites | alexx
16/2/2017 16:13 | spad - you understand what is happening on those Chinese exchanges? are the withdrawals include both yuan and crypto or just crypto? can move money come into the exchanges? I was thinking that the crypto is now marooned. so the trading pool is now smaller. bulls broke out... can it get higher then 987 - trend line resistance? I have a thing against these slow moves up.... ETF - from where i'm watching the market has decided it won't happen. hence the selling over the last week. we'll see. | mcbeanburger
15/2/2017 19:44 | bought an ALT COIN? whot! just not on spad. have to keep to the script... a 6 banger...nice new highs in $ terms but needs to break .201 ish and hold .184 btc, range bound now probably. bought some ltc - a doggie of a coin but bottoms a bottom. let's see. | mcbeanburger
15/2/2017 19:01 | I bought 100 dash when it was $3, I know its silly but I didn't sell them :) | spadman
15/2/2017 14:03 | nothing to say that a drop like 1090 to 712 (euro) couldn't happen again. if you are a long term holder some TA would be a good idea via a weekly chart perhaps. 960 - euro market once again strongest still trying to break out. was looking at dash - should have bought. | mcbeanburger
15/2/2017 09:54 | surely the bigger picture is more important than the minutia of TA? | spadman
15/2/2017 03:04 | still holding 960 euro and has been the case for the last 2 days looking left on the charts. a number of alt coins are putting in good rallies and others bottoms. all signs a reversal could well be on the way. | mcbeanburger
14/2/2017 22:32 | yup serious. but please do keep posting I only mention euro as a reference. it was being held elsewhere. if you read my other posts I eluded to the fact that the japenese exchanges are now as busy as the chinese were. I do watch 4 exchanges a time. not for the first time I have reference corollary in the different currencies/exchanges I was only going to post the first line (should have)- that is all your post deserves. | mcbeanburger
14/2/2017 22:07 | 957-960 euro defended by the bears - you can't be serious? x million Chinese will trade bitcoin during our night. Then in the morning the euro price will be calculated using ( yuan / bitcoin ) x ( euro / yuan ). All the currency charts are rigidly locked together. There are no independent currency charts, such things do not exist. | alexx
14/2/2017 18:29 | closed me first short... not a good start. still think a drop is required but will buy it. 957-960 euro being defended by the bears. now watch it drop... | mcbeanburger
14/2/2017 15:44 | Japanese exchanges are free and seemed to have pulled all the Chinese hot money over to it. don't know if they do leveraged trading thou | mcbeanburger
14/2/2017 13:39 | next 4 hr candle will decide it for me.... still like down digger down. | mcbeanburger
14/2/2017 10:43 | lol - its a clue that this is happening in the uk session (typical kill zone). its institutional and they are stop hunting. now I have to decide what to do.... | mcbeanburger
14/2/2017 08:43 | cue a move up | spadman
13/2/2017 17:54 | do take some profits.... looking very heavy and could sell off for a considerable time. | mcbeanburger
13/2/2017 13:35 | needs to come down to retest the lows of 840 imo. still short but this dump is taking its time. we'll see. | mcbeanburger
13/2/2017 11:16 | long euro/bitcoin ( bet ) 937.8 | alexx
12/2/2017 17:15 | shorting.... | mcbeanburger
12/2/2017 16:55 | overall a weak move up. looking toppy here now - i'm a buyer around 880 euro 905 $. might even short it. looks range bound for the time being. | mcbeanburger
10/2/2017 21:24 | buy signal came in but didn't take it. I do like a head fake before the move... | mcbeanburger |
