AGM TRADING UPDATE

Ahead of today's Annual General Meeting, to be held at Painters' Hall, 9 Little Trinity Lane, London EC4V 2AD, at 11:00am, Balfour Beatty announces an update on trading for the period 1 January 2019 to date.

Based on performance to date and visibility of future operations, Balfour Beatty is on track to deliver performance in line with full year expectations.
