Looks like the chancellor about to announce a shed load of work that could benefit kie, bby and cost

By the look of the recent price action the market is apparently dreading the results. Right now, I prefer to think the concerns are somewhat overblown.

Balfour will fall on a probable profits warning or cautious update.

The negative agenda posters from KIE board reckon this could fall 20%..Might be worth holding of buying or adding at current level.

I think the cost and feasability of points 2 to 5 were part of the reasoning for HS2 in the first place, and not that radically different anyway. Whichever approach is taken, I suspect the costs would have escalated anyway.

Could be undervalued, but USAF base issues and HS2 look like making it a riskier bet than I first thought.

IC have written some negative things in this weeks issue but the share price has ticked up a bit. Very unusual because whenever they recommend a buy or sell the price moves accordingly. I have held them now for some time under the possible misguided belief they are undervalued?

Not for much longer 16th July 2019 In parliament MPs yesterday debated the next phase of the game changing HS2 project. Whilst MP after MP lined up to debate HS2, one absent figure was be Boris Johnson himself. The next designate PM elect, Boris has failed to commit to deliver HS2 while many of his supporters have been actively hostile. At a leadership debate last week, Mr Johnson pledged to “analyse”; the project to see if the money could be better spent elsewhere. Hence IMO Boris is going to spend the money elsewhere dyor
