On 08 June 2022 the Company purchased 290,909 Ordinary Shares at a price of 
118.54 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 724,602,493 and this figure 
may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which 
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a 
change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and
