i reckon shells will become more impt during the credit crunch.. rather than predominant IPOs a possible back door route to market for a few.. of course providing there are dealmakers involved..eh...

why would anyone want to buy anything of this?.. i reckon shells on AIM / or investing type companies will perhaps become a bit more impt during a credit crunch for RTOs.. only an opinion...

but i don't know why anyone would wnat to buy 22% of this..?

has worthington a final card up his sleeve?..

that works out to be around 22.5% of the total equity..of this shell.. 2 scenarios.. of which i hope one of them is the correct one..

I am glad that I am not on my own in discribing certain people involved with BKE.

Your theory is sound however I think there will be a lot pf people ready to sell at a price increase.

I note most of the directors who sunk this company are still hanging one.

I can't ramp COH I'm afraid. COH is an actual business. I see BKE as a con vehicle. The market cap values this at 310,000 and the balance sheet values this at 490,000. Therefore there will be a price increase at some point. To value this at market, the price needs to increase to around 0.025 mid. So there will be an increase, but no profit due to b/o spread. The buying activity expected in Feb (If I'm not mistaken) will add the good will factor to the expected market value. Remember, this company has got cash. This cash will be utilised and needed at some point. The word "merger" or "acquisition" will take such a company 3 fold at least. Over-valuing equity creates over-valued collateral which creates over-inflated prices. Worthington is in my mind, up to no good. But, if I can profit from his guilty conscience; then so be it. We'll call it even:)

Give COH a ramp its looks as if its losing its glow, ok and is that a yesyes.

Things are so bad on another BB that they want their own closed shop rampers' share.
