Waxman -

You remind me of Jim - he had a similar typing style to you. From what he said, he was something of a drinker. When he was on the waggon his typing improved beyond belief. If you happen to come across Jim again, tell him I hope he's still dry and, if not, that he has another go. And wish him Good luck.

The best company that ensures shareholder value, the directors say so, so it must be right.

Why dont some shareholders step in as in CFE, Don Millars is still good and in house baking is the way to go, at least on the continent.

All is needed is motivation.

.......waxman3 - if the proposals are turned down the only alternative imo is liquidation. Rather see the back of them and keep this an interesting shell.

Well said sir!

Its positively not in the best interest of the shareholders and goes to show that a lot more could have been done with inbake over the years.

Someone mentioned here quite a while back that they had been in touch with the COOP and was informed that BKE never had the drive or enthusiasm to make it work in house, but yet they feel they can make it work now as a private concern.

And EGM should be called and shareholders given an option to buy these companies as well. The directors do not have exclusive rights.

You would be daft to let the directors make make off your backs for nothing, and they are calling for more cash as well---tell me please am I stupid or what?

As for Don Millars, well all the world and his dog now knows that coffee and fast foods are the in thing and if Don Millaars is such a useless dog why would they want to buy that either.

Tell me people is 2+2 making 4 here?
