On 6 April 2021, owing to demand in the market, the Company announces the issuance of 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each fully paid from Treasury. Following the issuance there will be 59,103,831 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding the remaining 6,840,169 shares held in Treasury). These shares were issued for cash on 6 April 2021 at a price of 482.00p per share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.
