To Whoppy it seems that the "drill is going very well". To him it also seemed that

1) the floor to financing was 6p
2) That they were funded 2 years ago
3) That they were funded 1 year ago
4) That they were funded 3 months ago
5) A farm in was inevitable for the last two years
6) That a $500m bond was required to take legal action against BPC
7) That BPC will be above 10p at the spud
8) That clueless muppets at Short know what they are talking about
9_ That BOD is honest and
10) That BPC will find oil

Good luck my muppets

Speculation of fluid samples being taken from P1 to Miami University for analysis by helicopter yesterday over on LSE.

If that is the case....

I wouldn’t want to be out of this one over the weekend.... :-)

To me it sounds like the drill is going very well. Flexible finance still available by Lombard, albeit risk free for them until 16th April. However, it looks like the selling has stopped for some reason. Maybe Lombard are going to hold their shares for the well result. At least that's what yesterdays' RNS now allows them to do. BPC must be confident, dead cert comment from Potter, before drilling gives his opinion, and these guys know everything about what they're drilling. What's not to like, with such a come buy me share price

For some a small punt of 100k shares at £2k is worth the risk for what would be a 10 bagger or more, as opposed to a 50% loss. All those trades add up hence a lot of buying. If Perseverance comes in on prognosis, then 1B per day volumes are likely and 100k shares will look like a reasonable holding for most, especially at 20-30p

Amazed that folks are still buying. A 30% chance of a x2-3 payoff vs 50% loss doesn't seem a sensible way to make money on AIM. But fair play.

Credit to StarChild of LSE fame and fortune.I think today's RNS is very good. 1. Ex-CERP assets progressing well with mega plans this year to achieve 2,500 Boe/day by end of year2. No more shares issued at this time. Decision whether to do so or not extended till next week 13/1/21. 3. As I read it, worst case scenario is an additional £3.75 million (US$5 million) .......188m shares........... as the final final final funding requirement for all ex-CERP and Percy-1 exploration operations, with no additional enforced privileges to Lombard. 4. I believe 13/1/21 has been chosen because it would be 23 days into the drill and the BoD will confidentially know (a) if all or some additional drilling contingency costs will be needed, (b) whether there is evidence of oil so far. 5. To me, it does not mean if the £3.75m is converted on or soon after 13/1/21 the drill is a duster. 6. I get the impression the BoD and possibly Lombard know something we don't yet. But the BoD can't disclose until (a) they are sure and (b) Gov informed. Refer to the last past of para 6.iii as it seems to me Lombard are going out of there way to be flexible and nice!!!! Why?!!!!7. To add to point 6, I see no evidence of Lombard doing massive share-dumping in the last few days. Is it low volumes or something else? IMHO. DYOR.

We will leave that task for Special needs... that's all I would trust him with.

Smith likes to talk outside the court almost as much as inside:

But looks like the Judge is cognizant of the potential financial costs of the action which bodes well for later "security for costs" hearing(s):
