I think they will attempt the large fund raise in November. If they fail them fall back in few Cerp assets. If successful then a buy at sub 1p and they can go up 60-70% to around 1.6p by the time of the drill. Good opportunity therefore to buy at sub 1p soon.

Unfortunately before the funding there can be no good news - the level of funding required will result in a very significant dilution. Time to buy is after a funding if successful otherwise BPC will fall back on CERP assets. Again - hence the rational for the merger.

A small matter of Saffron2 appears to have vanished of many’s radar.
As a CERP holder this along with Suriname were major interest in terms of success along with the sales from the SWP direct via a buoy located just off the coast.... oh and the other small matter of the rest of the Saffron1 results.

I hold a few PRD and it’s amusingly funny reading how some recon the FRAM deal will go through at the derisory offer that was made - because BPC are desperate!
Looking forward to how that pans out just to titillate the unwashed!

To be honest I have no issues with you or 12bn. It is only with the idiots in the dark like bin boy who know nothing and are a danger to other investors.

Agree that CERP can help BPC but not sure about being a saviour. This was a merger of desperation for both parties but gives BPC a fall back option as it seems likely now that they will not have the funds to drill P1 and the licenses will be taken away sometime in 2021.

However a combination of CERP assets with BPC which on a stand alone basis only will have Uruguay left will not be enough over the long term to return any positive alpha to the shareholders. Therefore as an investment they are now dead - unless they raise the funds for P1 but that will require a substantial dilution of the current shareholders and therefore again this is a Sell now - until a possible successful fund raising which is unlikely to be done above the 1p level.

What is your view? Ie. Not just that you disagree but give a feasible scenario on how else this can play out and I am happy to discuss.

Specialist - CERP doesn't have to have ' great ' assets - I'll settle for assets that are sufficient to be ' BPC's saviour ' - as you opined in your post number 2612!

Poor old 12bn seems to have taken exception to your opinion but that doesn't surprise me as he would get angry with himself if he was the only person in the room - I try to help him - like refuse collection it's not always an enviable task but someone has to do it!
