Well that was a lot of fun - I had planned this and kept back until the right moment - it is just too much fun playing with idiots here who think they know what they are doing. Seriously - do you guys really think you will ever make money in the markets against us.

We have access to information ahead of you and are in the game - you are on the sidelines are just there to make some liquidity for us - IDIOTS!

offerman, I have completely withdrawn from the stock market since we last spoke. However, reading the boards has occupied part of my life for the past 18 years and so I still take the odd look now and again.

Please accept my deepest sympathy and I hope that you can soon put the terrible year behind you and start enjoying your own life.

As I said above, I no longer have a share account and feel much more relaxed and better for it.

Good luck to all of you.

New York (CNN Business)Demand fears are once again rippling through the oil patch.

US oil prices plunged 7% Tuesday to $36.76 a barrel. It was crude's worst day and lowest closing price in nearly three months. At one point, oil was down as much as 9%. Brent crude, the world benchmark, fell below $40 a barrel for the first time since late June.
The fierce selling in the energy market is being driven largely by rising concern about how much crude the fragile world economy needs. With Labor Day in the rearview mirror, summer driving season in the United States is over. Jet fuel demand remains extremely weak because many people don't want to fly during the pandemic. And no one knows for sure how long it will take to recover.

Big Oil Sees Major Potential In Suriname

Suriname is one of Latin America’s poorest countries. Up until July 2020, the former Dutch colony was mired in a political crisis that emerged from the hotly contested May parliamentary elections. It saw incumbent, former military strongman and convicted murderer, Desiree Bouterse replaced by former police chief and justice minister Chandrikapersad Santokhi as the country’s president. This, it is hoped, clears the way for Suriname to access what is believed to be its considerable petroleum resources, which if correctly exploited could transform the deeply ...
impoverished South American country...

Nice post Egg. Fully agreed.

Time for a few cold beers and hopefully a whitewash of the Aussies in the T20!
