Pro - As I had said before that is exactly the reason for the merger. They could not out together the financing for P1 and the merger was just a guise for the huge fund raising/dilution which they will attempt. It is likely that given the magnitude they will fail!

I calculate they need upward of $20-$25M and as you know I am the Messiah.

For me the reason I see BPC merging with CERP is that it will make fund raising easier to pay for the Perserverance-1 well.

Be that getting better CLN terms, selling off CERP assets or whatever, its the only reason imo they would merge with CERP - it offers them alternate routes to get funds.

Hence I think why PRD offered such a low price, they have nothing to lose and its no deal its no deal. BPC might be banking on some money for that, and so, its going to be interesting this month and next.
