Now if only BPC had paid of CERP loan with cash rather than using fresh Trafalgar death spiral - save themselves 10% on $2.7m and far kinder to shareholders who've "patiently" suffered 40% dropIf they have all these non dilutive finance options not post CERP why didn't they pay cash .... hmmmm
