Thanks BKDavies. Let me teach you a few things.

1) No muppet on this board not even the Messiah (yours truly) can move the share price - either down or up. This idea of rampers and derampers is the justification of the share price move by the idiots in the dark who have no idea how markets work or why stocks move. Only fundamentals move stock prices over the medium to long term.

2) The reason this stock keeps going down and will continue to do so is due to the fact that the market is concerned regarding the financing for P1. It is obvious that the covenants for the convertible loan note have not been met and given the share price (below 2.5p) there will be no further draw down currently from the family office agreement. As such BPC had no option but to undertake a value destroying merger to lengthen their time to potential bankruptcy.

3) What are the options? In the absence of a miracle or asset stripping of CERP they have to come back to the market for a serious fund raise (over $20M). Institutions will not get involved so shareholders have to stump up the cash. Given the level there will either be a huge dilution which will destroy the current shareholders or they will fail and go under and lose their license.

4) So when is the time to buy? Only post a successful fund raise after the share price is well below 1p or in more likelihood never.

Sorry but the chances of a recovery are very slim and if it happens the current shareholders will be diluted away anyway.

My idiots in the dark who I love 💓 dearly are going to learn another expensive lesson from their Messiah. Xxxx

From the RNS of 26 May 2020:

"On signing of the Rig Contract, BPC has paid to Stena an initial down payment amount of $250,000 and the parties have commenced working together collaboratively to prepare for drilling activities in the drilling window on the basis of any one of the identified Stena drilling rigs."

and

"BPC is to pay a fixed lump sum mobilization fee of $2 million at such time as Stena delivers a commencement notice to BPC. Once the rig arrives on location BPC is to pay for the operating use of the rig, inclusive of the use of the managed pressure drilling system. In aggregate, the total value of payments to be made by BPC to Stena in respect of use of the rig, inclusive of mobilization, is estimated to range between US$8 million and US$11 million depending on the duration of drilling activities. "

Relentless selling -But when you've negotiated an agreement to sell at any price and BPC will just issue fresh shares if you haven't recouped your loan plus 10%.... why wouldn't you!!??Still it obviously shows BPC are in a strong position to negotiate cheap financing deals that won't be too dilutive for shareholders
