at 3.5p with the placing complete this will be worth £20 million with $16miilion cash and little / no debt if you strip out existing cash ?

and it has a partner who is a world leader willing to stump up 150% premium.

it would appear to be transformational - that's not ramping. you can now buy on the open market at less than a multinational below placing price

I think to call this a 4p min would seem about right, based on the above..

who can argue? happy to be wrong
