Appointment of Dotan Levy to the Board of Bagir as Chief Financial Officer

Bagir (AIM: BAGR), a designer, creator and provider of innovative tailoring, is pleased to announce, that following the Company's announcement on 31 December 2018, that Dotan Levy has officially been appointed as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and a director of the Company with immediate effect.

Dotan joined Bagir in 2012 and has been the Company's acting CFO since 10 March 2019. Prior to this, Dotan was the Company's Group Financial Controller, overseeing the Group's accounting functions and public reporting requirements, in addition he was closely involved in the acquisition of the manufacturing site in Ethiopia.

Dotan is CPA qualified and has extensive experience of financial control and financial reporting roles with multi-national private and public companies in the manufacturing sector.

Chief Executive Officer, Eran Itzhak, CEO of Bagir, commented: "I am delighted Dotan is joining the Board. He has performed very strongly in the CFO role since March and this is the logical next step. Dotan has all the necessary skills and a deep understanding of the business and I know he will be instrumental in Bagir's future success."
