Our stake builder is up to 13.25%

More like 15% as he constantly lags behind on his updates to the market.

He's probably going to keep going to 29.9% is my guess then make a bid perhaps ?

Well if anybody actually knew who the guy was that would help, he could be some Israeli billionaire for all we know or a very rich person with a track record in
the garments business

With China now becoming more expensive to produce garments in, Corona virus issues and US-China tensions with technology firms, Bagir should be well placed to pick up new major contracts. I would prefer to just receive contracts from Ruyi customers than be taken over by them. It leaves us in a much more flexible position. A settlement payout would be a nice bonus on top.

Remember the stake builder is slow to update. He will have gone from 11 to 15% last few days.

And I think he will be the sole supporter if the company need extra funds too.

pi gives up and sells their chunk at 0.5p...bang...Ezry straight in and buys them for 0.53p

He's heading for 20% at this rate, he's definitely over 15% today

Ruyi will settle out of court as they don't need the headache of being sued especially in hindsight of the existing issues surrounding them!

Hopefully, could be a nice earner for Bagir. The outside bet, Ruyi realise the implications of a court battle as it's a blatant breach of contract, and perhaps this might bring them back to the table to complete the deal with actual monies being traded. Personally, I wouldn't trust them now and prefer to take an out of court settlement and move on.

agree - legal action against them- even though they had until march 2020 to sort, but management done the right thing and hopefully it's not a long drawn out saga. Good to see company move their suit jacket manufacture to Ethiopia.

For anybody new to Bagr the stake builder "Ben Ezry" or "Ben Evry" not sure what his correct name is always pays more than the online price.

So 900k and 100k at 0.59p just flashed up but it was cheaper to buy online for me and you.

They are his trade mark buys, he will soon announce a share holding of 15%

All the boxes for a big recovery being ticked
