Looks like the executors of Colin Orr-Ewing(the former Chairman) have failed to make the relevant disclosures.

Doesn't look good.

Looks like the regulator is helping clamp down on non disclosure of AIM stocks.eg Lanstead and FRR last week.

Virtually all lithium miners and exploration companies are down heavily over the last year - Looks as there there is potential over supply building and alterative electrical energy storage devices, apart from Lithium, are being developed faster than expected -
Extrapolation is that most companies in this area will continue to suffer valuation destruction.

As correctly pointed out the institutional shareholders will want their pound of flesh, and it will be the PIs that will be expected to provide it. Is that not why they keep PIs around ?

This stock is an absolute steal at these levels.

Yes, there are short term funding issues, but these will be overcome and the mine WILL be built although the institutional shareholders will want their pound of flesh

POSITIVES:
i) Lithium demand will rise strongly whatever the doomsayers are saying at the moment. EVs, energy storage etc
ii) World class deposit with significant reserves
iii) Sector leading low operating costs
iv) Compliant Mexican government wanting to get this project off the ground
v) Blue chip roster of IIs inc M&G, Capital etc. Strategic investor Oman
vi) Experienced management
vii) Offtake agreement with Hanwa
viii) Post tax NPV of $800m

If you can hold for 12m, you will be richly rewarded
