"Full page article in today's FT on the Mexico presidential election due next month - Front runner by far is Amlo a champion of the poor who is fared may deliver a bout of left wing populism - Well worth a read

Now where have we heard that before - DRC - and a number of other african states also in some areas of Latin America - Probably not nearly as bad as Venezuela but significan increase in political risk for BCN

Suggest political risk not yet fully discounted

Could this be behind the delay in funding ?

Amusing how if you look at the daily chart for BCN and KDNC (a major shareholder and project partner of BCN)

As one drops the other rises at exactly the same time.

Anyone would think people are swapping between the two!

Any thoughts on results? Haven't look at this one for ages. Slow burner but once funding' ssorted seems to be going according to plan

Until financing and offtake contracts are signed price could be subject to continuing falls - Low target say 75p (imo)

The Mail on Sunday
Start-up mining companies such as lithium explorer Bacanora can be a roller-coaster, but the shift to electric cars means the current share price could be a steal (87p).

RNS far from exciting. Surprisingly share price holding up well. Any particular reason?

Don't take financial info from The Sun too seriously. It's an enormous area miles from anywhere.. If you want concentrated rare earth deposits look at Rainbow Rare Earth - they're already mining and selling it to Thyssenkrupp.

Do not reduce the value of the company on Sonora. Zinnwald is much more interesting.

Hi,I don't believe their project valuation for reasons explained in my previous posts. The show stopper here is the financing which they previously said Q1 2018. It should be easy if the financier believe their valuation vs risks. Having worked in the oil industry I know the delay is the different assessment on the value of the project by the financier. I flag my view so that those like me can watch our purse. However if your view is different then you can always buy more.
