18/1/2018 21:10 | Probably posted before but here it is | brilliantball
18/1/2018 21:06 | Macquarie very smart people - Fooled OFWAT rotten re debt interest payable by Thames Water - I would bet on them against any city trader any day of the week - Cannot you see Musk has bulled up the potential demand for Lithium so a lot of City boys with little knowledge ramp all their clients into Lithium prospectors potential miners etc just to take the commissions etc Not their money - Once over supply there (go and read the Macquarie reports) Musk et all will play hard ball and bid the price down - As I said I have taken some nice profits significantly above the closing auction. dpl : As you only joined ADVFN less than a year where were you trading - Smithfield Market ? You 2 may be able to ramp it up but those who believe in the Macquarie theory will have far more fire power than any BB posters. | pugugly
18/1/2018 19:30 | dplewis1 Thank you for taking the words right out of my mouth! I’ll use the filter button for the flat earth moron! PUGUGLY18 Jan '18 - 18:35 - 3680 of 3682 (Filtered) | adobbing
18/1/2018 19:26 | Macquarie have probably been at the Australian grass, tinpot investment bank that they are. BlackRock are invested here and having been a trader in the city for the last 15 years would listen to them over Mcq any day of the week. Be lucky trying to get a cheaper entry point mate, my average is in the mid 70's and you ain't getting that.. your nonsense doesn't fool anyone. Jog on and do line of lithium it might bring you to your senses. | dplewis1
18/1/2018 18:35 | adobbing - So you think you know better than Macquarie - Are you smoking grass - are you even aware of who they are ? Closing auction 120p - Major faller today. Now pot would have been a better investment than I think any Lithium miner - Some Canadian quoted companies now up over 1,000% in 3 to 4 months - Kicking myself for not investing there. | pugugly

18/1/2018 18:03 | We are not talking thousands of tons - From a note this morning could be up to an extra 150,000 tons p/a by 2025 - That aint chicken feed Repeat an extra 150,000 tons p/a - Also FT this morning "The short view Alan Livsey" quotes Vivenne Lloyd at Macquarie that "an excess supply of lithium carbonate is likely for the next couple of years at least - "it is our top short idea" Do not say you have not been put on notice !! | pugugly
18/1/2018 17:31 | Drop in the ocean compared to surging demand. Great add opportunity on BCN | igbertsponk
18/1/2018 17:20 | A few extra thousand tonnes won't touch the sides. Market knows there's a squeeze and BCN is in the perfect position to capitalise | dplewis1
15/1/2018 09:20 | What a strange week last week was. Hopefully we will have more stability in the price this week - good start this morning | richsawko
11/1/2018 12:06 | Bit better. | ifthecapfits
10/1/2018 15:45 | Isn't Google such a handy source of information Mining techniques can be divided into two common excavation types: surface mining and sub-surface (underground) mining. Today, surface mining is much more common, and produces, for example, 85% of minerals (excluding petroleum and natural gas) in the United States, including 98% of metallic ores. Joking aside was starting to think this was a pump and dump. I had my finger on the button yesterday at 152p to sell my entire holding with the intention of buying back and piling back in at the bottom with some extra dosh. Hindsight is a wonderful thing ,done this before ,I really should have gone with my gut instinct. | cyfalafwr
10/1/2018 12:59 | It’s actually clay, but you are correct it isn’t a mine and they extract from the surface very easily and cheaply. The pilot plant has been tested and has been running successfully for a while now. Production is ready and able to be scaled up very quickly to meet demand! The attractions of Sonora are the ease of extraction along with the quality of lithium produced being very high (battery quality) and easy to produce compared to other more traditional lithium “miners” | adobbing
10/1/2018 12:13 | Johny-Magic - I am afraid to disagree with you on this. In mining as well as oil/gas exploration, technical risk is the biggest of all in which the VOLUME is (revenue....). Otherwise BCN would have coughed up with some sensitivities in their presentation. Have a look at the presentation on other mining say SXX they show these as well. Please note take this as a constructive comment, you are entitled to your view. I worked for years in advising big organisation on investment and volume is the one I would like to see! | compnews1
10/1/2018 10:39 | Volume is a sensitivity not a risk! | johnny_magic
10/1/2018 09:54 | Is it groundhog day? | glawsiain
10/1/2018 08:56 | Why is there a risk when they've been producing for 18 months and have tested and sampled the whole site? | igbertsponk
10/1/2018 08:54 | BCN has updated their presentation for the Sonora project but still did not show any sensitivities for the VOLUME - the key Technical RISK! (despite being asked for this) why? a question investors need to ask for ourselves. Don't forget the risk is still there even when in production. Where are they with their financing the project? I hope bankers ask for this. | compnews1
10/1/2018 08:26 | Maybe dosser - depends on your timescale. I've held here since the share price was in the 80s and I think this will do well long term as the demand for lithium increases and BCN gets closer to production. | melody9999
10/1/2018 08:25 | Ig scums took my stop loss out! At 137 even though it hasn’t gone below 137 | ntbb
10/1/2018 08:15 | Time to sell on good news Lol. | dosser2
10/1/2018 07:17 | More good German progress. No stopping this company! | igbertsponk |
