The Tesla deal did nothing for the share price when it was announced in Aug.Many thought it would , but the premium offered then was too big.Prices going up for the raw material ,many more buyers out there its not just Tesla

So let me get this straight. They are "blowing lights out" and people cannot be fast enough jumping ship- leaving the board??? What a management! Jumping out faster than rats!!!! Must be good stuff!!! Is everyone there hogh on lithiums??? Tesla deals??? Ha ha ha!!! Looks like total rubbish to me!!!

Peter Secker has always said in presentations that Bacanora's market is the far east and China.

Mark Honhen is a great appointment as anyone who held Kalahari minerals will know. He has done this before.

Maybe it's news in 2 steps?
Jettison Tesla for 1 reason or another (hydroxide too difficult to make?, Tesla discount too severe?, it's all dragged on too long...) in step 1

Step 2 : unveil an Asian customer? they always did say in their videos that Asian customers were getting rock samples.
At least the price/tonne might be better then. Look at how much Chinese customers are paying to asx-players, even for part-processed carbonate.

Always makes me nervous when we get these price movements with no news. All BCNs positive recent news stories are days or weeks old now, why is today the day for increases? Makes me feel there are things we don't know about, so the gains can't be trusted any more than the temporary losses.

A modest but welcome bump this morning (c.2% to 78.5p so far), but this stock drifts both ways. I'm treating it more as something to top up when it's cheap, and sit back and wait for some bigger news to break. Seems unlikely to come to nought.

Without any specific news to account for such a jump, I wouldn't buy just for that. Having said that BCN is cheap in London right now so still worth topping up IMO (I did last week). I note that REM is also rock bottom right now.

Its just telling you that the corporate action, which was RNS'd, (in this case moving the company to the UK) failed to get voted through at the EGM.

Looks like a standard note. If your company (in this case Bacanora was takenover then the proceeds would refer to money due to you from selling your shares to the new company. As far as I am aware there is no money changing hands in this case.

All the information you need would have been included in RNS's which is the way in which companies convey new news to the market.

Hope this makes some sort of sense.

Just topped up myself, helped lower my breakeven on this stock to just a few pence above the current share price which will be nice once the climb starts again. I note Numis re-iterated target of 130p just 2 weeks ago, hoping that's achievable.
