‘The Cancellation and the re-registration of Bacanora as a private limited company would significantly reduce the liquidity and marketability of any Bacanora Shares in respect of which the Offer has not been accepted at that time, and Bacanora's reporting and disclosure requirements will be significantly reduced. Any remaining Bacanora Shareholders would become minority shareholders in a majority controlled private limited company and may therefore be unable to sell their Bacanora Shares. There can be no certainty that Bacanora would pay any dividends or other distributions or that such minority Bacanora Shareholders would again be offered an opportunity to sell their Bacanora Shares on terms which are equivalent to, or no less advantageous than, those under the Offer.

The Bacanora directors therefore strongly recommend that Bacanora Shareholders accept the Offer at this time.‘

I wake up to my BCN shares on Interactive Investor showing a total loss of -100%. I thought they would be closed out if I did not sell and get paid 67.7p/share? Nothing was deposited in my ii account

I think if you’ve given your acceptance and still haven’t got the cash, the conversation would go along the lines of “cash now or I sell them!”

Hi HopperA. Same with me, so I rang them and they said do not trade them as I had already agreed to the takeover terms. Although I could sell them in the market but I believe this would cause me a lot of problems. The lady said that the cash would be forthcoming and so I wait.

I've still got my 10,000 BCN shares in my AJ Bell Sipp + the ZNWD shares are there too. I noticed BCN at 68.5 p recently, but assumed they could not be traded.!!! I've still got the BCN at the close of business today, but no cash. This is very strange, as the allocated ZNWD shares are +22% today.

Hi Folks. Got my payout @ 67.5p but I thought I'd read that Ganfeng had increased it to 73.5p; or does this include the ZNWD allocation. Any views on prespects for ZNWD? Appears to me that any established Lithium producer is a solid investment in coming years.

You can sell out in the open market today at 68p+ a share, rather than wait and only get 67.5p later.

Maybe I am missing something, but I took advantage of that this morning to cash out entirely. A further premium seems highly unlikely at this stage. I see no possible reason not to sell at a small premium.

Have had the ZNWD shares added to my account on ii, but the BCN(A) shares still show, with no corresponding cash.

Thanks for the update on your status thoNot too sure what my next move is other than to call iWeb and see what there saying on Friday if I have not heard from them
