Just seen the splash in the Daily Mail on an online Press summary - wasn't there half an hour ago. Excellent stuff.The more publicity the better.Keep up the good work.But is today's price rise peeps buying to increase the shares held by dissenting shareholders or an indication that peeps think the Ganfeng deal will go through.

Yes, no way Ganfeng would sell up if the offer was rejected. Without buying BCN out they already have a 50% offtake agreement for the lithium from Stage 1 production and 75% of Stage 2, and effectively control the project as 50:50 partner. So it still works for them as a strategic partner. They have invested too much time to throw the toys out of their prams if a deal is not agreed, but given the board will recommend it, its highly unlikely not to proceed.

Ganfeng will not sell up. They will make a shed load of money owning 50% of SSL and 28.8% if BCN. and should be able o control where most of the lithium goes thru the offtake agreements.

One concern here. If the offer is rejected the share price will drop back that’s expected..but won’t then Gangfeng, unless they decided to increase their offer, then sell up and move on ? That would seriously hammer the share price.

Rjmahan - depends on the structure of the offer/scheme of arrangement/ and board acceptance, generally 75% will force minority holders (who reject the takeover) to sell.

OT sort ofNissan looking, according to the Telegraph today, at building a mega battery facility at Sunderland.Great news if it happens particularly given their pre-Brexit threats but guess what, they will be developing it with their existing partner at the current battery site Envision.So? You ask.Well Envision is a Chinese company. So many fingers, so many pies.

But in all reality. as long as a shot this is, we are gathering momentum, and our share count continues to grow!

You're not flogging a dead horse, and I and a few others are happy to do most of the hard work.

We've contacted all II's, but a lot can't say much, until a formal offer is made.

That being said, channels of communication have been opened.

Yep excellent bit of publicity. Worlds largest lithium resource etc. The company of course declined to comment but the Board must be getting a tad nervous particularly if the CCP offer is surgically dissected and even more so if there are some hidden sweeteners for those at the top.

I see the rebel shareholders got their major newspaper article today published in the Sunday Telegraph. Dee - is that correct that your group of shareholders has a holding of 5%? You are going to need M&G’s support if you are to carry any weight i suspect, have you reached out to them?
