06/5/2021 12:57 | Ganfeng always take ages getting the cash out, but this seems like a done deal so buying way below 67.5p pretty sensible. | igbertsponk
06/5/2021 12:56 | The only explanation is that this takeover wont be popular with the Mexican government or,more to the point, with potential US customers north of the border. That being the case, perhaps a US company might emerge to top the Ganfeng bid,who knows, but the current discount to a suggested bid of 67.5p seems excessive. | steeplejack
06/5/2021 12:46 | They simply want a bargain at 67pSp will rise way past that now. | tidy 2
06/5/2021 12:46 | Anyone got a view on why the current discount is so wide? Current offer at 56p! | athers31
06/5/2021 12:45 | Offer, what offer???? 67.5p so why share price only up to 55p??????????? Clearly Mr Market not convinced...... | jaf111
06/5/2021 12:43 | LOL! What do I know?! 67.5p far too cheap but seems a done deal unless any of the insitutions realise it's too little. | igbertsponk
06/5/2021 12:42 | Yes happy days always good to get an offer | cleverinvester
06/5/2021 12:39 | which other companies are you guys - goodgrief and dplewis invested in? I'm looking for stocks which could double from here. I've also been researching lithium stocks - which ones do you like. | farrugia
06/5/2021 12:37 | Like to see some offers coming from other suitors in next 2-3 weeks | ishwar
06/5/2021 12:31 | i think the offer is too low - like goodgrief i was expecting multiples | farrugia
06/5/2021 12:31 | And yes, I was hoping to sell for at least a quid | dplewis1
06/5/2021 12:25 | Well that's a bargain for ganfeng! Was looking for multiples of the current share price within 2-3 years. | goodgrief
06/5/2021 12:24 | Only first offer | tidy 2
06/5/2021 12:24 | 67.5p does not seem that great to me. | dhb368
05/5/2021 14:56 | Could we get the breakout? We have a bit of momentum, be good to see it push on Gla | andyview
05/5/2021 12:35 | Not sure the Mexican Government will be happy with a wholly-owned Chinese miner so expect BCN to continue in current form. | igbertsponk
05/5/2021 12:30 | Fully agree. The Chinese link was a positive in endorsing the project but sentiment has very much moved away from China. Suspect Gangfeng will go for full ownership at some stage | robertspc1
05/5/2021 11:49 | Just joined the lithium ride here. Looking forward to decent returns over the next two yearsGLA | greenvulcan
05/5/2021 09:40 | This may take time to get steam up,but eventually it should have real momentum. Not one to watch too much. Gla. | geraldus
04/5/2021 12:25 | Just had another top up this morning (small amount) I want to build a decent stake here .Big upside potential | cleverinvester
04/5/2021 11:27 | i have also bought more, this one is being left behind. punters will soon come looking for somewhere to put their money to work. WJ. | w1ndjammer

04/5/2021 11:02 | We're in that interregnum period between derisking the venture through the fund raising and actual production which is still some 2 years away. I don't expect much to happen for a while but as I've said that it probably will. In the meantime I'm accumulating at these levels. My only regret is that we're in bed with the Chinese. The West has been caught asleep at the wheel with lithium and other metals on which future green economies will be based. | husbod |
