Goodbye PrimaryBidders! There's always a pile of them selling in the first few minutes. Share prices when money is raised in this way ALWAYS fall back to near the placing price. A few percent overnight with no equity risk done a couple of hundred times a year is an incredible way to make a living.

It's so stupid. They could have done the placing without PrimaryBid at more like 60p and not served us up with so much dilution.

I bet the advisors do VERY nicely out of fund-raising done this way!

That's the second miner to have raised money on PrimaryBid in recent weeks. Maybe recommend downloading the app, creating an account and switching on notifications. There was only a 2hr window where the retail investor got a chance to subscribe... precious little time!

I’d disagree tbh, reasonable discount and open to the public. Cheaper than a rights issue or priority offer and a whole lot quicker. At least holders get a look in at the same price at the ii’s.

Hopefully we don’t get hit with huge scale back!

Management done a poor job here. They could have easily done a fund raising at 60p a few weeks ago. As ever, just lining their own pockets

I'm in exactly the same position. Added a lot at 54p recently and now denied the chance to buy at 45p. Easy money out there means co's don't need shareholder loyalty. Except when it all comes crashing down

The fact that the retail offer was so quickly closed shows either management is completely out of touch with retail investors, or doesn’t care about them.

The offer size should be increased / reopened.........

The net Fundraising Proceeds will complete the Company's 50% share of the financing package and allow the Company to undertake the construction of Stage 1 of the Project together with its partner Ganfeng and meet its stated intention of commissioning the Project during H2 2023.
