Well you have been calling this right for quite a while Pug and I hope at least some have taken note. Your post 4043 should have scared off any thoughts of buying here when the Blackrock money lender sharks name was mentioned...kiss of death for any company taking the poison pill of Blackrock.

I had a peek on the back of this months national geographic 'the rush for white gold'. Not got any Lithium companies in my portfolio.

Uncertainty here now with share price falling every day , CEO needs to get some positive news out there or else others will be bailing out. Am in now and will be watching events unfold .

Feels like it could to either way, but the notion that they'd issue shares whilst Cadence are hammering the price down, and a quarter of the price when they pulled the last one, seems unlikely to me. Going to have to be more offtakes, a stake buyer higher, or spinning off Germany I reckon. Who knows - "2nd half of 2019" is potentially still up to 10 months away.

I just don't see a RI down here - not when they pulled one at a multiple of this price, not considering the dilution. I've no idea if Cadence need the money or have just given up, but seems obvious they'd have expected a decent return way before now.

Ironic that they're the main reason it's now so weak tho, & likely getting weaker.

Must be desperate for cash to sell at this level , or they are assuming rights issue is coming at substantially lower figure !! so they can buy back at lower level.
