What aa wet satement" Response to Speculation

Bacanora Lithium plc (AIM: BCN), the London traded lithium company, notes speculation arising from a Webinar held by Cadence Minerals PLC, a significant shareholder in Bacanora, on 10 December 2018. The Company would like to reiterate that Cadence Minerals PLC is not an insider to Bacanora and neither it nor any other shareholder is in possession of any inside information regarding a potential equity raise or any other funding matters."
SpectoAcc - Has kindly posted a partial answer for us withthe sale of 4.5m shares - BUT the question remains - who is bailing out.

PS - Has anyone see the rumours above mentioned ?

Interesting. Not sure how that ties in with the 4.5m sell.

4.5m at 25p. No wonder all those buys didn't shift it ;)

Would worry me slightly that no one held that exact amount, so could be more - even quite a bit more - to come from whoever is the seller:

Must be close to announcing massive dilution , leaky it certainly is.

No need to buy at this level as it will surely continue to fall until they start production. Just look at other junior miners ie GGG

The clue is the appointment of Citigroup Global Markets recently.

Added more; my money's on a capitulation, is clearly a large sell and surely well below here.

I still reckon BCN's going up if/when they raise cash.

Strongly suspect a discounted placing or capitulation by an II -

Looks like a massive iceberg dump going on in the background - Fallen from 31.5 aucion at open to 26.5/27 now - ADVFN alogro suggests mots are buy but still the offer price falls - Will be interesting to see (if rns'd) who has unloaded oR is there a placing in the background becoming know to the II's?

Problems with clay? Good job they've had a test plant producing without significant problems for well over a year now then!

Real problem is that those who actually eventually finance this project will want to take as much of the return as possible, so no premium for existing shareholders. Probably a discount on today's price.

Remember the source material is CLAY nor hard rock nor brine - Seems to be the only quoted clay source development that I can discover and CLAY is (according to experts I have talked to) an unknown quantity with potential glitches (e&oe)

So what price fundraising , I would expect boys in Black to recover 100% on funding , so working back I expect issue price to be 25 pence , so little point in buying now.

I suggest the pull back is due to profit takers due to the massive increase in price at the end of last week. Looks like it is starting to stabilise now

Ironically, it'll likely fly if/when they raise equity, since funding (ie actually getting the project off the ground) is the big uncertainty, along with the future price of Lithium. All recent statements suggest they won't do any equity raise anytime soon, particularly having abandoned one when c.80p. Isn't rocket science, just need to read the last Corporate Update.
