As I have said previously my initial target if a conservative £4.65 but in the fullness of time I can easily see £8.35.

Top line revenue is going to rocket here now the marketing machine has been activated. Very little loan note value to be converted relative to what will be a large market cap gaming Co. Yesterday's placing at 14p demonstrates where this is going. 70p is my target for this year. News flow will be strong from this point onwards.

The Convertible Loan is convertible at any time by the investors at a price of 5p per new Ordinary Share. The Convertible Loan will automatically convert into Ordinary Shares at 5p per Ordinary Share if the closing mid-market price of an Ordinary Share is 10p or more for 25 consecutive business days. So they got 1.1m funding miraculously at 14p 😎 to pump the sp, so that next 15 days, 75m shares can be converted at 5p. 

So let's get funding at a premium, 1.1m squids, and let's suck the mugs in, and while on the way up, forward sell and then bang in 15 days of conversion.


75m shares bought at 5p get sold above 15p, 20p, 25p. Invest £1.1m (sucker the mugs) and make 15m-20m dumping conversion shares to the mugs. Not a bad scheme.
Again, can anyone explain how a bin bag company gets funding at 14p? not at a discount.

There's total 226K shares of delayed sells (in a few lots) will start to appear 9.25AM. Perhaps by end of the day I would have got 20p+. "the One" always leaves a big chunk for his friends and subjects.
